Why is it worth training with you? What are you like as a Trainer?
By combining the knowledge acquired during my studies, experience in working 1/1 with clients and many training courses, I have developed an effective method of working with people complaining about pain, struggling with posture defects or injuries, as well as those who simply want to start moving. . I consider my strengths to be: openness, energy, as well as empathy and understanding - these features allow me to adapt to working with people of all ages and provide them with a sense of comfort and security. During training, I carefully observe and listen to the needs of the trainee, which makes the training unique and tailored to the current well-being and strength.
What are your hobbies? What are you interested in in your free time?
My hobby is simply sports. I am a person who likes trying new physical activities and watching various sports. Currently, I really enjoy playing squash. Another of my interests is urogynecology. I am very excited about educating myself on pregnancy-related topics, constantly reading about new scientific reports and training in new methods of working with women with urogynecological problems.
